Semiconductor & Photovoltaic

BICCNS’s pressure sensors and pressure transmitters for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries are available in accuracy classes of 0.05%, 0.075%, 0.1%, 0.2% (0.25%), 0.5%, and 1.0%, meeting customer requirements for high accuracy, high reliability, and excellent long-term stability.

With a diaphragm sensor design, BICCNS provides high-purity pressure transmitters referenced to vacuum, specifically developed for semiconductor and photovoltaic applications.
All products are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system, with fully automated process control and 100% serial number traceability.

Hydrogen Energy

BICCNS’s pressure sensors and pressure transmitters for hydrogen applications are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the hydrogen industry. The sensors feature an all-stainless-steel construction, and all wetted parts are made of dedicated materials and treated with specialized processes to effectively prevent hydrogen embrittlement and hydrogen permeation.

BICCNS offers a wide range of pressure sensors covering the entire hydrogen value chain, from production and storage to transportation and end-use applications, ensuring reliable pressure monitoring at every stage.

Healthcare & Sanitary

BICCNS’s sanitary pressure sensors and pressure transmitters are designed to meet hygienic industry requirements. They feature all-stainless-steel construction, with all wetted parts manufactured using specialized materials and surface treatments to comply with CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place / Sterilize-in-Place) requirements for material compatibility, wetted surfaces, process connections, cleanliness, and surface roughness.

To meet specific sanitary application needs, the process connections adopt standard clamp fittings and flush diaphragm designs, with standardized dimensions for easy disassembly, cleaning, and installation.

To meet quality and accuracy requirements for special gas applications, all testing equipment is calibrated by national metrology institutes. For applications in explosive or hazardous areas, BICCNS has also obtained relevant international certifications from the United States and Europe.
