As an integrated PFA temperature sensor, it achieves a comprehensive conversion accuracy of 0.2%FS and
0.5%FS, with very low annual drift of 0.2%FS per year. The performance is highly stable, offering excellent
long-term stability.
The temperature transmitter uses thermocouples and thermistors as temperature measurement elements.
The signal output from the temperature measurement elements is sent to the transmitter module, where it undergoes voltage regulation, filtering, amplification, non-linear correction, V/I conversion, constant current, and reverse protection circuits. This processing converts the signal into a 4-20mA current signal, 0-5V/0-10V voltage signal, or RS485 (Modbus) digital signal, which can directly communicate with the host computer, PLC, various intelligent instruments, and control monitoring platforms.
The probe material is made of PFA, which is well compatible with special media such as acids, alkalis, and ultra-pure water, ensuring no risk of contamination.
