The PG800-28 is a small-sized ultra-purity pressure gauge. The product adopts a diaphragm structure design, which effectively reduces internal irregular cavities, greatly ensuring cleanliness during cleaning, reducing contamination residues, and fully meeting the pressure measurement needs of semiconductor, photovoltaic, and special gas pipelines.

The PG800-28 features a 28mm diameter structure, with a standard configuration of 9/16-18UNF. It is also available with C-Seal and W-Seal options to better meet semiconductor requirements.

The product undergoes 100% leak testing during production to meet industry sealing requirements, preventing  the risk of leakage of flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic media.

The product is manufactured entirely in a Class 100 cleanroom, vacuum-packaged, and 100% cleaned to

meet SEMI standards.

It has a wide measurement range of -30 inHg to 160 psi, with custom ranges available upon request.
